  • Nate is a Dallas real estate agent focused on properties in the city’s vibrant urban core. He specializes in single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and unique architectural properties in neighborhoods such as Downtown Dallas, Uptown, Bishop Arts, North Oak Cliff, and Lower Greenville.

    Nate helps clients achieve their real estate goals with an emphasis on wealth-building through homeownership. His expertise combines data analysis, local insight, and a deep understanding of how urban design and development trends influence property values.

    With a background in data engineering and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas, Nate provides clients with data-backed insights into Dallas’s emerging neighborhoods. He’s also an advocate for community-driven real estate and sustainable urban living, regularly engaging with city planning and housing initiatives at Dallas City Hall.

    When he’s not advising clients, Nate enjoys exploring Dallas’s food scene, cycling through Oak Cliff, and spending time with Valerie and their pets.

  • Valerie is a Texas native and Dallas REALTOR® who brings a designer’s eye and renovator’s experience to every client relationship. She helps buyers, sellers, and investors find and transform homes with intention, emphasizing quality, craftsmanship, and long-term value.

    Her journey into real estate began while studying at the University of Arkansas, where she shadowed a broker and investor. That experience sparked her lifelong passion for real estate and led her back to Texas to build her career.

    Valerie’s hands-on renovation work alongside Nate gives her unique insight into home design, materials, and the renovation process, helping clients make confident, informed decisions about their homes. She’s known for her warm, client-first approach and her commitment to helping people achieve their real estate dreams with confidence and clarity.
